Hydro Acquires Dosmatic Inc.

Bracknell, UK. Hydro Systems Europe, the European subsidiary of Hydro Systems Company, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Dosmatic, Inc., based in Carrolton, TX.

Hydro Nova Europe, the European subsidiary of Hydro Systems Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of Dosmatic, Inc. by Hydro Systems. Dosmatic are based in Carrollton, Texas, and service the European market from their operation in Bordeaux France. Dosmatic is a leading manufacturer of environmentally friendly, non-electric chemical metering equipment. Hydro Systems is the world's largest independent manufacturer of chemical proportioning and dispensing systems and an operating unit within Dover Corporation's (NYSE:DOV) Fluid Management segment. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
