Andrew joined Hydro in 2000, as Managing Director, with all the experience gained from over 30 years in senior management roles within industrial and manufacturing companies such as JCB and Deutz.
Andrew has been highly instrumental in developing the EMEA and Indian presence of Hydro Systems Company and growing the Hydro Systems Europe business to the profitable company it is today.
Lindsay Ship
Operations Director
With 20 years experience working for Hydro, Lindsay has seen our company grow from modest beginnings to the global operation it now is.
In her role as Operations Director, Lindsay is responsible for overseeing all of our operational activities including Production, Finance, Customer service, Purchasing and Human resources.
Gary Pratt
Sales Director
With a wealth of knowledge and technical expertise gained from 35 years living and breathing dispensing equipment - including Refrigeration, catering equipment, dishwashers etc , Gary joined Hydro in 2000 as a technical support specialist and has evolved in to his current role as Sales Director.
Gary is responsible for overseeing all sales strategy across Hydro Systems Europe's sales territories and target markets as well as for driving growth in our key accounts.
Alistair Blair-Davies
Marketing Manager
With over 15 years of marketing & sales experience gained from marketing leadership positions in the life science, publishing, business information and telecommunications sectors, Alistair joined Hydro in 2010.
As Marketing Manager, Alistair is responsible for all aspects of marketing and new business introduction including strategic marketing planning, marketing communications, branding, advertising and exhibitions.
Chris Hodder
Manufacturing Manager
Chris joined Hydro in 2010 as Manufacturing Manager, from similar operational, manufacturing and enginnering management roles with electronics companies such as Exception PCB, Graphic PLC and Huntrose.
In his role, Chris is responsible for overseeing our manufacturing operations and processes implementing lean manufacturing practices.
Chris Dyer
Engineering Manager
Chris joined Hydro in 2007 as our Engineering Manager and has gained experience from a number of different industry sectors including aerial fibre optic and power cable fittings, OSP fibre optic cable interconnectivity and now chemical dilution and dosing equipment.
In his role, Chris has developed the processes, systems and capabilities of the department to cover all aspects of NPD, product support, quality, testing and product returns.
